Employment at Exeter Job Corps is contingent uponsuccessful completion of a criminal background check, employmentverification, education verification, professional reference checkand motor vehicle record check. Here is the available schedule forthis role: Monday-Friday, 7:45am-4:45pm

Salary:

$37,000 annually

JOB DUTIES

Conducts effective classroom instruction and evaluatesstudent performance Provides remedial support and guidance forstudents to successfully complete the Career Preparation Period(CPP) requirements Evaluates and assesses students’ readiness totransition to their chosen trade Responsible to provide studentswith comprehensive and individualized case management ensuringstudent progress, retention and completion of the Job Corps programEstablishes supportive/mentoring relationships with studentsthroughout their enrollment and provides personal and careercounseling Routinely evaluates and documents student performanceusing the case management system Ensures the classroom isorganized, clean, safe and conducive to student/staff success Otherduties as assigned Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

HighSchool diploma or GED required Bachelor’s Degree preferredExperience instructing youths preferred Must possess a validin-state Driver’s License and meet the Company insurabilityrequirements. “Adams and Associates, Inc. abides by therequirements of 41 CFR §§ 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
