Workday Student Liaison, UNH 2.5 2.5 out of 5 stars Durham, NH USNH Employees should apply within Workday through the Jobs Hub app The Workday Student Liaison plays a critical role in the successful implementation of Workday Student at the University of New Hampshire. This position serves as the central connection between the ERP program leading the implementation and the UNH stakeholder groups ensuring that decisions, change impacts and readiness activities are communicated and understood across UNH teams. The Workday Student Liaison acts as a representative of the campus community, liaising with ERP program leadership and the Organizational Change and Training (OCT) team to ensure that the institution’s needs are fully considered, and that the institution is well-informed, engaged, and prepared throughout the Workday Student implementation process.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Facilitate shared governance decision management making (25%) Help facilitate decision-making processes that require shared governance review. Help facilitate decision making across all campuses (Concord, Manchester, Durham, Online), programs, and stakeholder groups. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication (25%) Partner with the OCT team to develop and implement a readiness and outreach strategy for UNH. Conduct and contribute to stakeholder analysis to assess and address concerns effectively. Provide regular program updates to key stakeholder groups as needed. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to address questions or concerns regarding the Workday Student implementation. Meeting & Project Involvement (25%) Attend various program meetings, including cross-functional meetings, core team status meetings, design sessions, and playback sessions, to stay informed and contribute as needed. Identify and assess change impacts across different departments. Assist in the coordination of role-based security assignments, ensuring that appropriate personnel are assigned the correct security roles. Support issue resolution in collaboration with project teams. Student Engagement & Testing (25%) Help identify student representation throughout the project lifecycle, particularly during the mock testing cycle. Facilitate student participation in key decision-making processes where applicable.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience. Strong ability to collaborate and engage with multiple workgroups and ensure cross-functional communication. Experience with ERP systems and/or Workday Student preferred. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to track decisions and project updates. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and decision-making processes. Familiarity with student information systems and higher education governance structures is required. Business analysis and project management skills recommended. Prosci certification a plus.
