Clinical Associate 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars Cape May Court House, NJ Beautiful Minds, a mental health agency, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Clinical Associate to join our field clinical team! A Clinical Associate provides therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families in their home. He/she completes and reviews clinical documentation and also assists in recruiting, interviewing, and providing support to other field providers.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide clinical services per month. (Telehealth or In Person as request by client) Assess clients to define presenting problems, determine diagnoses, and develop treatment plans. Recruiting and interviewing of new hires. Monitor the submission of clinical documentation. Provide guidance and support to service providers. Promote Beautiful Minds’ philosophy, principles, and procedures. Participate in development opportunities and continuing education for professional growth.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Experience with in-home services Active provisional licensure in the State of New Jersey (LSW, LAC, or MFT). Experience in a community health care environment, counseling agency, or other related field preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience using computers and related technology Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance policy. Ability to use his/her own vehicle. Proven ability to multitask and prioritize work.’ Work Remotely
