Hamilton Career and Technology Center Description HCTC Job Coach:

CDL preferred, or willingness to seek CDL required (to transport students to and from work experiences). Responsibilities Assist with the monitoring of students in all classroom situations. Assist with the instruction of students in large and small groups as well as on an individual basis. Assist with the management of the classroom according to the rules and regulations developed for the school and the classroom. Transport students to and from work experiences associated with the student(s)’s course of study and/or transition goals. Perform other duties as may be assigned. Experience/Qualifications Minimum of 60 hours college credit or passing score on paraprofessional test required. Must have ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. Must be able to handle, in a calm, intelligent manner, any unexpected situation that may occur. Must have good communication and interpersonal skills. Must have ability to work with minimal supervision. Must have computer skills. CDL license or willingness to obtain CDL license required. Salary Range Non-exempt Schedule, $13.80 – $21.25 per hour. 180 days per year.
