BHSN:

The Employment Support Supervisor serves in a pivotal position which requires effectively coaching other staff members who provide employment support services. This individual will be instrumental in facilitating access to high-quality employment services across the region and supporting efforts to expand the geographic reach of the program. Follow under the leadership of Employment Manager.

Work Schedule:

Tuesday – Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm What’s in it for you? ACCES-VR

reports, including progress notes, billable services & estimation of billable services, to BHSN business and IT department; Provides benefits information to clients and staff, and if appropriately certified, delivers direct benefits counseling to Employment Department participants; Facilitates ACCES-VR orientations and classroom trainings for youth and adults as needed; Assures that productivity levels are maintained as established, which may change from time-to-time; Your skills and qualifications: 2+ years of experience in rehabilitation, employment support, or behavioral health strongly preferred; Supervisory experience preferred; Certification in Benefits Counseling preferred; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Proficiency with Netsmart Avatar preferred; Valid NYS driver’s license and reliable transportation required for local and regional travel required.
