THIS POSTITION IS LOCATED AT 250 BROADWAY. 12TH FLOOR NY, NY

The Brooklyn Client Services team within the Leased Housing Department is seeking a Community Coordinator. Under general direction, with latitude for independent initiative, the Community Coordinator will assist with various unit projects and initiatives. This position plays a key role in offering administrative support across several areas, particularly in procedure development, workflow optimization, case management, and report creation. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Track projects to ensure they meet deadlines and quality standards. Develop training programs and materials for employee development Monitor and assess the implementation of new strategies. Propose and assist in executing workflow optimization to enhance productivity. Assist in creating SOPs to ensure operational consistency. Analyze operational trends, recommend improvements, and report findings Collect maintenance data and performance metrics from the Data Warehouse. Query Siebel for case-related information. Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding cases. Maintain accurate records and update stakeholders on case progress. Generate production tracking reports. Prepare routine and ad hoc reports for applications and rentals. Handle inquiries related to Brooklyn Client Services Units. Track system issues and monitor status of fixes and enhancements. Perform additional duties as assigned.

COMMUNITY COORDINATOR
  • 56058 Minimum Qualifications 1.

A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties described above; or 2. High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties as described above; or 3. Education and/or experience which is equivalent to “1” or “2” above. However, all candidates must have at least one year of experience as described in “1” above. Preferred Skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience with managing projects and working with a diverse array of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Understanding of the Siebel System.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
