Your primary focus will be providing assistance and guidance to help individuals overcome challenges and achieve sobriety. Responsibilities Utilize your expertise in addiction counseling to support individuals through their recovery journey Implement case management strategies to create personalized recovery plans for each individual Provide first aid and support in crisis situations Coordinate home and community care services to ensure a holistic approach to recovery Offer childcare support when needed Maintain accurate records by performing data entry tasks Collaborate with social work professionals to address various needs of individuals in recovery Qualifications Possession of a relevant certificate in addiction counseling or a related field Experience in social work or a similar role is highly beneficial Proficiency in file management and data entry Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals in recovery Knowledge of best practices in addiction recovery and case management
