Qualifications and Skills:

High School diploma or GED Active/valid NYS driver’s license Successful completion of the Justice Center and New York State Office of Children and Family Services Statewide Central Register Database Check Must work well in a positive, strength focused, high energy and rapidly changing environment. Must be flexible and a team player. Good writing skills are necessary for this position. Position includes evening and weekend hours – Varied shifts;’ Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Overall care and supervision of residents; maintaining a caseload of 2-3 youth, daily notes related to progress, service plans, collateral contacts, goals; transportation.
