Career PlanningAdvisor Summary:

The Career Planning Advisor is responsible forteaching introductory curriculum to students during their first fewweeks in the Job Corps program. Develops individual achievementplans, evaluates progress to ensure student early retention andsuccess in the program. During this time, the Career PlanningAdvisor will facilitate group discussions in diversity,employability, conflict resolution, job search, informationtechnology, wellness, personal development, logistical support andindependent living during the Introduction to Center Life program.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Associates Degree Required. Must possess a valid in-state Driver’sLicense and meet the Company insurability requirements.
