Follows all integrity guidelines and procedures and ensures nomanipulation of student data. Conducts effective classroom and/oronline instruction and evaluates student attendance, participationand performance. Ensures Center meets or exceeds DOL/Companyperformance goals. Provides remedial support and guidance forstudents to successfully complete the MyPACE program and CPPrequirements. Evaluates and assesses students’ readiness totransition to CDP. Responsible to provide students withcomprehensive and individualized case and career management supportensuring student progress, retention and completion of the JobCorps program. Establishes supportive/mentoring relationships withstudents throughout their enrollment and provides personal andcareer counseling. Routinely evaluates and regularly CIS case notedocuments student performance, and engagement using the casemanagement system. Coordinates pre-arrival activities to ensureeffective transition to Center life including pre-arrival phonecalls, transportation to Center, folder review and needsassessments. Coordinate new student processes and activities toinclude introduction to Center staff, tour of the Center, CPPwelcome and 30-day celebrations. Ensures that CPP classes and areasare neatly organized, clean, safe and conducive to student/staffsuccess Produces quality work/assignments in a thorough, timely andaccurate manner. Maintains appropriate personal attendance,accountability and work productivity standards. Plans, prioritizesand organizes assignments to meet established goals and deadlines.

Understands and applies job knowledge to effectively complete allrequired job and student services responsibilities. Proactivelymaintains the skills required to perform job duties. Mentors,monitors and models the Career Success Standards as required by thePRH. Provides high-quality supervision and management for thestudent population. Takes swift and appropriate action andpositively influences student behavior. Shows respect and courtesyto students and holds them accountable for their actions andbehavior. Provides quality programs and services for students andensures that quality is maintained and student needs are met.

Pursues improvement and enhancement of programs and services.

Exchanges ideas and information, both orally and in writing, in aclear and concise manner and contributes meaningfully to groupefforts by offering relevant ideas and knowledge. Provides qualityand timely information to DOL/Company when requested. Effectivelyarticulates thoughts and ideas. Identifies problems, analyzescauses and evaluates appropriate solutions prior to taking orrecommending actions. Follows up to ensure prompt/appropriateaction is taken and that problems are in fact corrected. Works inpartnership with staff from all Departments to ensure effectivesupervision and services are provided to students. Acceptsdirection and supervision from the Center Director/Center DutyOfficer/Shift Manager to include assignments to temporarily performjob responsibilities of other departments and positions. Otherduties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from anaccredited school required.
