D Position Overview:

Grade Point Resources is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Culture Specialist / School Prevention Specialist to join our team within Burrell School District for the 2025-2026 school year. This role supports the development of a positive and inclusive school climate by addressing student behavior proactively and collaboratively. The ideal candidate is student-focused, flexible, and passionate about restorative practices and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct support to students with behavioral challenges throughout the school day Assist with the implementation and reinforcement of the school-wide Positive Behavior Support (PBIS) program Welcome and support all new students, coordinating activities to help them transition into the school community Help design and implement intervention procedures for at-risk students Foster a school culture rooted in respect, responsibility, relationships, and restorative practices Promote and model positive student-student and student-staff relationships Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to address school climate and culture

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in education, human services, or a related field (required) Experience working with students in a school setting Familiarity with restorative practices and school-wide positive behavior supports Must have or be willing to obtain PA clearances required to work in a school setting Why Join Us?
