Your Role:

Ocean Import/Export Coordinator You will be responsible for managing ocean import/export shipments,ensuring full compliance with international trade regulations, and delivering top-tier customerservice.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end ocean import or export shipments Pre-alert agents and shippers; organize and prepare requireddocumentation Track and coordinate cargo from origin to finaldestination Arrange pick-ups, deliveries, and container loading Ensure compliance with all international shippingregulations Handle billing, payables, and shipment documentationprocessing Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strongcommunication with clients What We re

Looking For:

2 years of experience in international freight forwardingoperations Strong knowledge of ocean import or export logistics Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent follow-upskills Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional teamenvironment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in afast-paced industry Experience with CargoWise or similar freight software(preferred) Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. Why Join This Team?
