Essential Functions
Promote and uphold a culture of workplace safety
Manage daily HR operations and standard work procedures
Accurately maintain associate records (attendance, performance, investigations, terminations)
Resolve workplace issues using logical, strategic approaches
Administer and track corrective actions with consistency
Foster innovation and continuous improvement within guidelines
Support new initiatives with a solution-focused mindset
Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders (associates, clients, team members)
Conduct associate check-ins, feedback sessions, and engagement activities
Facilitate orientations and communicate company policies and benefits
Attend shift start-ups and production meetings
Dedicate 80% of time to associate and client engagement
Perform other duties as assigned
Work Environment and Physical Demands
Work is conducted in both administrative and manufacturing environments
Use of standard office equipment (computers, phones, photocopiers, etc.)
May be exposed to manufacturing equipment and heavy industrial vehicles
Work environments may vary from non-climate controlled to GMP cleanroom settings
Physical Requirements
Lift 5-20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
Standing or walking for up to 12 hours
Climbing stairs multiple times daily
