Job Coach Responsibilities:

Familiar with each person using ISP, IPE, and PCSP. Assess needs and interests to develop goals and objectives. Provide intensive job coaching and training for work placements. Model work maturity, dress appropriately for community employers. Offer one-on-one training and ensure work environment safety. Maintain a welcoming, communicative, and supportive atmosphere. Respectfully assist with incontinence/personal care as needed. Participate in meetings to report on progress. Complete

ISP/PCSP/IPE

documentation and daily communication notes. Perform job analysis, develop training plans for independence. Follow all therapy and behavior support plans as required. Maintain regular attendance and continuity for supported individuals. Perform other duties assigned by leadership as needed.
