As an Employment Specialist, you’ll be the critical link between job seekers and local businesses. You’ll match talent with opportunity while managing client relationships and supporting candidates every step of the way.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Take and manage detailed job orders from local employers Recruit candidates using job boards, social media, and community outreach Conduct interviews, background checks, and reference verifications Match applicants to roles that align with their skills and career goals Support candidates through hiring and onboarding processes Meet performance goals for placements, revenue, and client satisfaction Stay up to date on labor laws and hiring trends
Who We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree/certifications a plus) Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication Able to type at least 35 WPM Comfortable using social media for recruiting and branding Goal-oriented with a proactive, positive attitude Team player with a professional and friendly demeanor Knowledge of employment laws is a plus Why Work with Express?
