This position will begin May 26th and conclude on July 18th. They will report to the Executive Assistant (EA) of the Office of Memphis Programs and indirectly to the office’s Assistant Vice President (AVP). Internship Coordinator Implement and manage the internship curriculum and schedule, supervise the students, accompany them to off-site experiences, assist with their educational and development activities, provide guidance for their individual and/or group projects Work as a liaison with parents/guardians, campus staff and administration and external partners Maintain confidential information, collect required data and assist with report development Arrange for the students’ daily meals, monitor attendance, prepare audio-visual equipment for virtual discussions and obtain photos of the interns and their activities Assist with the organization and implementation of the opening and closing ceremonies Carry out other duties as assigned Provide weekly, and other indicated reports, to the

Education and Experience:
