Job Coach 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars Talbott, TN 37877 Looking for a fun, creative job coach for my 30 year old son with Autism. Every day begins at his home in Talbott and includes you taking him to either a volunteer or paid job. He fixes his own breakfast, gets dressed, and then you are off to work. There is a mileage reimbursement for everywhere you travel. He loves to work; your job is to work beside him and keep him engaged. There is some flexibility in the schedule, but it is basically 3-4 days a week for an average of 6-7 hours per day. Preferred work hours are somewhere in the range of 10 AM-4 PM. You do not need any specialized training, just a desire to help someone achieve independence and enjoy life. He needs a loving, patient friend.
