Assists in the execution of employer outreach and engagement strategies to increase career and internship opportunities for students to include meeting established goals for employer participation in recruitment programs.
Duties & Responsibilities Proactively initiates, expands, and maintains contact with new and existing local, state, regional and national employers. Promotes partnership and campus visibility opportunities and options such as on-campus interviews, job postings, career fairs, internships, and other engagement programs to employers. Conducts strategic, targeted employer outreach based on needs of students and employers. Regularly communicates with employers regarding campus recruiting programs and guidelines.
