PRIMARY PURPOSE
To provide support to colleagues byanswering questions, providing explanations, resolving issues, andresponding to inquiries related to colleague data, programs,policies, practices, and procedures.
ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS and
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as a first-level resource for colleagueinteractions with CR, responding to inquiries in a professional,urgent, and confidential manner. Performs and provides guidance onadministrative tasks including, but not limited to, compliancedocument distribution and collection, verifications of employmentand good standing, unemployment claims, and review/approval ofone-time payments. Monitors, troubleshoots, and offers instructionfor colleague self-service for initiating transactions in the HRISsystem. Maintains colleague data in compliance with federal andstate standards. Collaborates with and supports Tier 2 and otherCenters of Excellence “COE’s” on general CR programs, initiatives,and projects as needed. Performs other duties as assigned. Supportsthe organization’s quality program(s).

Looking for temps withbackground check experience with preferred experience with Sterlingand/or Workday. (The role will primarily be performing backgroundchecks). Requirements Remote, on-going assignment, potential toconvert. Shift 8a-5p

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or universitypreferred. Experience One (1) year of related experience orequivalent combination of education and experience required.
Experience in HRIS and/or case management tools preferred. Skills &Knowledge High integrity, sound judgment, and discretion regardingthe handling of confidential information. Ability to graspinformation quickly and probe effectively when required.
Self-driven with a sense of ownership of work product andaccountability. Excellent oral and written communication skills. PCliterate, including Microsoft Office products. Strongorganizational skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability towork in a team environment. Ability to meet or exceed PerformanceCompetencies. Knowledge of CR concepts and terminology preferred.
