Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote emotional well-being. Observe and report any changes in the client’s condition or behavior to appropriate personnel. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties. Support clients with mobility assistance, including lifting and transferring as necessary. Ensure adherence to resident rights and provide direct support tailored to individual needs. Administer CPR and first aid when required, ensuring the safety of clients at all times.
