is currently seeking motivated individuals who are looking for the opportunity to join the healthcare field to assist our clients with personal care and activities of daily living for them to stay in the comfort of their own home. Some of the tasks you may assist your clients with are: Personal Care/Hygiene Nutrition/Meal Preparation Light Housekeeping Errands/Shopping Dementia Care Hospice Care Companionship Required Skills/Qualifications Inexperienced caregivers may receive free PCA classes Have a certificate issued by the State of Arkansas for working in long-term care facilities. A copy of this certificate shall be available for review; or Have completed a 40-hour aide training course; or Have completed a 90-hour CNA training course. When individuals complete the 2 day PCA training, and work 450 hours with Home Helpers, he/she shall receive a PCA certificate. Pay is based on experience, certifications, availability, and a few other factors.
