Administer medications as prescribed and monitor client health conditions. Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety. Support clients with mobility and physical exercises as needed. Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients. Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being. Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to appropriate personnel. Uphold resident rights by respecting privacy, dignity, and individuality at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in home care or caregiving is preferred. Knowledge of dementia care, memory care, and direct support practices is highly desirable. Familiarity with medication administration protocols is beneficial. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various settings such as group homes or private residences. Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus but not mandatory.
