Due to the recent health crisis many elders and families are remaining in home while in home they are requiring care. Touching Hearts at Home Birmingham caregivers provides them with quality care and companionship. Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status in EMR and EHR systems. Provide companionship and emotional support to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety. Adhere to HIPAA regulations while handling patient information and medical documentation. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care in various settings, including home health and assisted living environments.
