B Responsibilities:

What are the care requirements of this client? Meal Preparation Light Housekeeping Engagement Bathing/dressing Standby assistance

Notes:

Client has age related memory loss. Able to dress independently but needs hands on bathing assistance. Client lives in the home with her daughter. She does very well with most things but she is neglects her personal hygiene and doesn’t want her daughter helping her. She allows her sister to help her with showers, but her sister isn’t able to come all the time.

Requirements:

What is required from you? Must be at least 18 years of age or older Must be able to pass a background check Must be authorized to work in the United States Must have a valid ID or Driver’s License Must be reliable
