Paid Training! Day, Evening, and Weekend Shifts Available!

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support and assistance to individuals in their daily activities, including (but not limited to) personal hygiene care, transportation, light meal prep, etc.
• Implement behavior management strategies to promote a safe and positive environment
• Assist with dementia care, including memory stimulation exercises and medication reminders
• Provide home care services, including personal hygiene assistance, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
• Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality
• Drive clients to appointments, outings, and other activities as needed

Skills:

• Direct support experience in a caregiving or similar role
• Proficient in behavior management techniques and strategies
• Knowledge of dementia care practices and ability to provide appropriate support
• Familiarity with medication administration procedures and documentation requirements
• Experience in providing home care services, including personal care and household tasks
• Understanding of patient care principles in a nursing home setting
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient privacy
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
