The successful candidate willbe responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to ourclients, while ensuring their comfort, safety, and overallwell-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive homemaking services, including but notlimited to cleaning, cooking, laundry, and general householdmanagement
• Offer companionship and accompany clients to community activitiesand events
• Administer personal care services in accordance with the careplan directives
• Ensure the emotional, spiritual, and physical comfort and safetyof clients to the highest possible standard
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, tailored to meettheir specific needs
• Perform specialized procedures for clients where training hasbeen provided while demonstrating current competency
• Observe and document client conditions in line with companystandards; promptly report any unusual events or changes in clientcondition to the Supervisor or Office

Requirements:

• Completion of formal, accredited caregiver training programand/or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of the principles of caregiving as well as wellas customer service.
• Able to communicate in spoken and written English; Frenchproficiency will be deemed an asset
• Provide high-quality care services to clients with currentknowledge of practices for community care
• Physically assist clients with movement and/or repositioning;able to lift 23 kgs., squat, bend, stand and reach
• Reliable mode of transportation; driver’s license and automobileconsidered as an asset
