This role involves providing essential care and support to individuals who need assistance for activities of daily living.
- Responsibilities
- Provide essential care and support to include bathing, dressing, and grooming, meal preparation, and assistance with daily routine as well as provide patient observation and report any changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Offer direct support to individuals with various conditions including dementia and/or Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Requirements
CNA, HHA
experienced in working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or dementia is preferred
- Knowledge of caregiving techniques and best practices
- Ability to provide compassionate care and emotional support
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Must have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
