MONTGOMERY, AL

: 4525 Executive Park Drive, Montgomery, AL 36116 Candidates must be dedicated, professional, compassionate, and demonstrate patience for working with individuals that have intellectual disabilities and behavioral problems. Qualified candidates must have reliable transportation, possess a valid driver’s license (or State ID); High School Diploma (or GED equivalent), be willing to undergo criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening. Responsibilities Provide compassionate care and support to the people served in their daily activities, including assistance with personal hygiene and meal preparation. Monitor and document patient observations, ensuring their safety and well-being. Maintain a clean and organized living environment, adhering to health and safety standards. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and engaging atmosphere in group home settings. Assist clients with activities of daily living and promote their independence.
