• Job Overview:

• We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need, promoting their independence and well-being.

• Duties:

• Assist individuals with daily living activities such as grooming, bathing, and dressing
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs
• Implement behavior management techniques
• Support individuals in participating in social activities and community outings
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for the individuals under your care

• Experience:

• Experience in caregiving, childcare, hospice care, senior care, or assisted living is preferred
• Knowledge of first aid procedures
• Ability to lift and transfer individuals safely
• Familiarity with social work principles
