The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their safety and well-being, and fostering a positive environment. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for those who require assistance due to age, illness, or disability. Duties Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Provide medication administration as prescribed by healthcare professionals. Monitor and document patient observations, noting any changes in condition or behavior. Support clients with memory care activities to promote cognitive function and engagement. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties. Facilitate social interaction and companionship through engaging conversations and activities.
