We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Lead Care Pro to mentor and support our caregiving team and ensure outstanding care for our clients.

Summary:

The Lead Care Pro is a vital member of our team, responsible for providing direct care to clients, training and mentoring new caregivers, conducting in-home assessments, and developing individualized care plans. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on both our team and the lives of our clients, while developing leadership skills and advancing your career.

Responsibilities:

Direct Client Care:

Provide compassionate and professional care to clients in their homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or family residences; Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, hygiene, medication reminders (as permitted by state regulations and in accordance with established policies and procedures), mobility assistance, and companionship. ~

New Caregiver Training and Mentorship:

Onboard and train new caregivers, ensuring they understand our care delivery model and client-specific needs; Serve as a mentor for new staff during their first 3-6 months of employment, providing guidance, support, and feedback. ~

In-Home Assessments and Care Planning:

Conduct thorough in-home assessments of new clients to identify their needs and preferences; Develop comprehensive, individualized care plans, collaborating with the care team and family members as needed.

Administrative Support:

Assist with administrative tasks within the office as needed (e.g., data entry, record-keeping). ~

Quality Assurance:

Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of care delivered to our clients, adhering to all applicable regulations and company standards.~

Communication & Collaboration:

Maintain open and effective communication with clients, families, and the office staff. ~Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred, but relevant experience in a similar caregiving role will be considered.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Vehicle insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks (including criminal and drug screening).
