Direct Care Worker Myers Davis Life Coaching Mountain View, AR 72560
Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to join our team. The caregiver will be responsible for overseeing the care and well-being of individuals with developmental disabilities, and autism.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Ensure the rights of patient are respected and upheld
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed
- Implement care plans tailored to individual needs
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Offer first aid when necessary
Skills:
Required Skills:
- Proficient in assisting individuals with ADLs
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities and autism
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in direct support roles
- Certification in first aid-this is a requirement but Myers Davis will provide the training upon hire If you are a caring individual with a passion for helping others and possess the necessary skills, we invite you to apply for the caregiver position.
