SCHEDULE
Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday 8:30 am – 12:30 pm Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Provide meal preparation and cooking for client Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions or behaviors to appropriate healthcare professionals. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Assist clients with mobility and physical activities as needed. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations in all aspects of care. Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or developmental disabilities when required. Qualifications Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Certification in CPR is highly desirable. Knowledge of dementia care techniques and patient observation skills is beneficial. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus. Ability to prepare nutritious meals while considering dietary restrictions. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others. Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations.
