Summary We are seeking a full-time Human Resource Assistant/Field Supervisor to join our team at Comfort Keepers.
Hours:
9a-5p p Monday-Friday (but may vary as needed, flexibility is needed) . This role is essential in supporting our operations and ensuring smooth communication within our office. The Administrative Assistant will contribute to our mission by helping our caregivers provide the best possible service to our clients. Responsibilities Conduct telephone screening for new applicants Interview caregiver prospects Conduct new hire orientation Provide in-home support to caregivers and clients Back up Caregiver (providing care for clients when call outs) Back up Scheduling Coordinator Support answering phone call Prepare documents and correspondence as needed, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Perform clerical duties, including filing, data entry, filing Requirements Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. One year experience as a caregiver (able to perform personal care) Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Experience with calendar management is preferred.
