Compassionate Caregiver for Seniors Luxury Management Fairfield, CT 06825 Overview seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide comprehensive care for our client(s) living with dementia. Our Company is committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for them, and we are looking for a caregiver who shares these values. Spanish speaking a huge plus. Responsibilities Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing to clients. Assist with meal preparation and cooking nutritious meals tailored to clients’ dietary needs. Launder clothing and linens to maintain a clean and hygienic environment. Monitor and record vital signs as needed, ensuring any changes are reported to healthcare professionals. Observe and document patient behavior and conditions, providing feedback to family members or healthcare providers. Support clients with mobility assistance and transportation as required. Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being. Maintain a safe and clean living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks. Requirements Previous experience in caregiving or home health is preferred. Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus. Strong observational skills to monitor patient conditions effectively. Ability to perform basic cooking and laundry tasks efficiently. Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Understanding of long-term care principles and memory care techniques is beneficial. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow care plans as directed by healthcare professionals.
