Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Provide personal assistance and support to individuals in their daily activities
• Assist with lifting and transferring individuals as needed
• Provide nursing care and administer medications according to prescribed instructions
• Assist with childcare duties, including supervision and engaging in activities
• Drive individuals to appointments, outings, and other locations as necessary
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met
• Provide social work support and assistance with social interactions
• Support individuals with autism in their daily routines and activities

Experience:

• Previous experience in personal assistance or caregiving roles preferred
• Knowledge of autism spectrum disorder and strategies for supporting individuals with autism
• Familiarity with medication administration protocols and procedures
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with individuals of all ages
