We are a state licensed, ACHC Accredited Medicare/Medicaid-certified agency offering in-home care and companion services, nursing care, rehabilitation management, physical therapy, assisted living/nursing home placement assistance, elder care consulting, home safety assessments and home improvement services. – KeepMeHome is looking for caregivers in Old Lyme, CT. We are hiring for a specific case that will be 4 hours, 4 times per week Pay rate starts at $20.00 per hour Caregiver duties include: Personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, restroom care, etc) Offering companionship to patients Taking clients to their medical appointments, the grocery store and other important places Preparing meals when needed Keeping the house clean and doing laundry when needed Providing bathing and dressing assistance Encouraging socialization and participation in community activities Call (860) 829-4501 and ask for Tracy!
