Summary As a Caregiver at Life Quest USA, Inc., you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities and assisting them in their daily activities. Your compassionate care will help enhance their quality of life and promote independence within the community. Responsibilities Provide personal care assistance to individuals, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Support clients with daily living activities and encourage independence. Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Lift and transfer clients as needed while adhering to safety protocols. Advocate for residents’ rights and ensure their dignity is upheld. Document care provided accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Requirements Experience in caregiving or related fields preferred. Strong understanding of working with people with developmental disabilities. Knowledge of resident rights and HIPAA regulations is essential. Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients physically when necessary. Compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills.
