un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Compassionate Caregiver or Counselor Needed to Escort Gentle Man to Do (Litchfield) compensation: 500 week I am seeking a kind, reliable, and patient caregiver or counselor to routinely escort my brother to his medical appointments in New York. He is a gentle, good-natured person who lives with schizophrenia and experiences fear and anxiety about going to the doctor. Your role would be to offer friendly encouragement, companionship, and guidance as you accompany him to and from his scheduled appointments. He responds well to calm, supportive people and enjoys conversation once he feels comfortable.
Details:
- Starting pay is $500 per appointment trip
- Additional compensation provided if extra time is spent helping guide him to treatment or offering support outside appointment times
- Flexible schedule based on appointment dates (typically arranged in advance)
- You must have reliable transportation or be able to navigate with him via public transit
