Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals who require help with daily activities. Duties:

• Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
• Administer medications according to prescribed instructions
• Prepare and serve meals based on dietary needs and preferences
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up living spaces
• Accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed
• Engage in meaningful conversation and provide emotional support
• Document client progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
