The ideal candidate will support clients in various settings such as nursing homes, group homes, or private residences. Duties Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Ensure the rights and dignity of residents are respected at all times
- Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Experience
- Previous experience in direct support or caregiving roles preferred
- Knowledge of home care and home community care practices
- Familiarity with nursing home or group home settings is a plus
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
