Full Job Description Job Summary:

Preferred Care at Home of Central Fairfield is seeking qualified and compassionate Caregivers to join our team in Wilton, Connecticut. This hourly role involves providing non-medical in-home care to our clients, helping them with daily tasks, and ensuring their overall well-being. Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and personal hygiene Monitor client’s physical and mental well-being and report any changes to supervisor Keep accurate records of daily activities and report any concerns to the designated supervisor Foster a positive and supportive environment for clients by engaging in meaningful conversation and activities Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols

Requirements:

Experience with memory issues a plus in care giving in a home care setting Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patient Ability to work independently and follow instructions
