We are currently seeking a passionate gifted endorsed educator who can support the education and enrichment of our youth as a tutor and enrichment facilitator. This role involves providing remediation for subjects that our youth may be lagging in due to the numerous placement changes that they have experienced during their time in foster care.

Key Responsibilities:

Present and engage daily with high energy, strong boundaries and a love of learning Demonstrate a commitment to supporting youth in their educational growth Lead residents with working on academic studies, homework and college readiness. Explore a wide range of hobbies and interests alongside residents. Lead youth in engaging life skills activities Offer emotional support and regulation during periods of heightened emotions. Thrive in a high-demand environment with minimal downtime.

Qualifications:

Prior experience working with at-risk teens. Bachelor’s degree and gifted endorsement required Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required. Ability to pass a Level II Criminal History background check.
