Conduct Background and MVR Check Key Responsibilities:
May assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and assisting bathroom needs. Support clients with mobility and transfers, including the use of assistive devices. Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and restrictions. Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishwashing, and maintaining a clean-living environment. Provide companionship, emotional support, and engagement in activities. Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license Completion of a state-approved Personal Care Aide or Home Health Aide training program – preferred. Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and families Physical ability to perform lifting, bending, and other physically demanding tasks Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor
