Summary As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you will provide essential overnight care for clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and safety from 9 PM to 9 AM. Reporting to the supervising nurse, you will utilize your core skills in patient care, senior care, and home health to assist clients with daily living activities and personal care. Your CPR certification and experience with Alzheimer’s care will be invaluable in delivering compassionate support. Join our dedicated team to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve while adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining a high standard of care. Responsibilities Provide compassionate and attentive personal care to clients during overnight shifts, ensuring their comfort and safety. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Monitor and document patient health and behavior, reporting any changes to the supervising nurse. Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks. Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information. Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
