Residential Support Coordinator Hope House United Cocoa, FL 32926 Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? Join our team as a Direct Support Professional and help provide essential daily care and encouragement to adults with disabilities in a supportive group home setting. Job Description As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals with disabilities live with dignity, independence, and joy.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with personal hygiene: showering, toileting, grooming, dressing
- Preparing and serving nutritious meals
- Encouraging and guiding individuals through daily tasks and routines
- Promoting a safe, clean, and nurturing environment
- Following individualized support plans
- Helping with household chores like cleaning and laundry
- Building meaningful connections with residents through patience and care What We’re Looking For We’re looking for caring, professional, and reliable individuals who are committed to supporting others.

- Be trustworthy, dependable, and show up consistently

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a Level 2 background check
- Experience is a plus, but not required — we provide training!
- Must be physically able to assist with lifting, transferring, and personal care tasks

Fri-Sun:
7a-3pm or 3pm
