LSD1/COMPANION
to join our team at Jones Unique Group Home Inc. In this role, you will provide essential support and assistance to residents, ensuring their well-being and enhancing their daily living experiences. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility support. Provide direct support in accordance with individualized care plans. Administer first aid as needed and ensure a safe environment for all residents. Engage residents in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation. Assist with meal preparation and cooking as required. Support heavy lifting tasks when necessary, ensuring proper techniques are used. Requirements Experience in direct support or caregiving roles preferred. Strong understanding of memory care principles and practices. First aid certification is highly desirable.
