Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Care Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential care and assistance to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist with mobility and transfers. Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs. Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up. Remind clients to take prescribed medications. Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, and social activities. Monitor and report changes in client’s condition to the supervisor. Maintain accurate records of care provided.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in home care, caregiving, or a related field is preferred. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is a plus. Ability to follow care plans and work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred. Must pass a background check and drug screening.
