Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Aide to join our team. As a Resident Aide, you will be responsible for providing direct care and support to individuals in an assisted living setting. Your role will involve assisting with daily living activities, assist residents with medications, and ensuring the overall well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to elderly individuals
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with behavior management techniques to ensure a safe and supportive environment
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and progress
Experience:
- Previous experience working with the elderly
- Knowledge of assisted living systems and caregiving practices
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
