South Suncoast Boulevard, Homosassa, FL 34446 Job Overview Currently looking for night shift only which is 11pm-7am. Schedule varies. Please do not apply if you need weekends off. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate resident care aide/med tech to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients, including those with dementia. This position requires a strong commitment to assisting individuals in their daily activities and ensuring their well-being. Responsibilities Provide direct assistance to patients with daily living activities, including toileting, dressing, showering, and medication management. Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes in health status to the supervisors. Maintain a clean and safe environment for all patients, following infection control protocols. Qualifications Previous experience in caregiving or home community care is preferred. Familiarity with dementia care practices is highly desirable. Ability to assist individuals with mobility challenges. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
